Refund & Returns Policy

ALL SALES FINAL.

Because each item is created on demand, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including ordering the wrong size, color, or item.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us at info@housemoneycollective.org with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and submit a claim to our production partner to replace the item at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Replacement eligibility may vary by carrier and production partner policies.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders begin production immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed.
